Sometimes it seems as though I have lived a thousand lives in this one lifetime, living in a variety of cities and countries, working in widely divergent professions, trying out a multitude of lifestyles - yet ultimately it all boils down to just being this ball of cells that is called Adina, experiencing life on this ball of atoms we call earth. And I am SO GLAD to be here, and to be in service to healing and reconnecting to our bodies and to this incredible planet. |

My quest to not just intellectualize but to embody the knowledge of the interconnectedness of our human form to all that is, ultimately led me to vaginal steaming and the womb healing that is now my work and my passion. I currently offer massage for those interested in moving their bodies and psyches into motion and comfort, and pelvic steaming (online or in person consults) and abdominal massage for supporting reproductive health and to connect to the creative wisdom we carry. |
